While at White Acres Holiday Park, it is important that all guests at Happy Place Holiday Lodge follow the common sense park rules, particularly around the walkways by the lakes.

PAYMENTS

​We require a £100 deposit per week booked to secure your dates

• Full payment must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday

Refundable Security Bond

• A £100 refundable security bond will be added to the holiday cost.  It will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure providing the lodge is clean and tidy and damage-free.

Cancellation

• If you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to your start date the following deductions with apply
  • If you cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival – £100 deposit retained.
  • If you cancel after this 100% of the hire charge will be retained.
  • We would always suggest you have holiday insurance to cover any unexpected cancellation costs. Most annual holiday insurance policies cover UK Staycations as well as foreign travel but do check yours and make sure you are covered.

Unexpected Park Closure

• Should White Acres Holiday Park have to close unexpectedly as it did during the Covid situation and you are unable to take your holiday we will fully refund all monies received or offer to move your booking to a new alternative date if you so wish.  Any difference in the holiday cost due to a change in dates would be reduced or increased as appropriate.
• Only guests that are included in your booking can stay in the lodge.

Electric Car Charging

• It is important that you know that it is against the Parkdean Holiday Park rules to charge your car from the domestic electrical supply within the lodge. If you are found to have ignored this Park rule your security bond will be withheld

GENERAL

• We have strict rules about NO all-male or all-female groups and the lead guest must be over 28 years of age
• Our Lodge is Pet Free and for Children over 7 years old only.
• We would also really appreciate you only wearing socks, slippers or flip-flops inside the lodge there is plenty of space for coats and outdoor shoes by the front door.
• There is NO SMOKING or vaping allowed in or around the property.
• We and the Parkdean White Acres Management reserve the right to terminate any holiday if either the general behaviour or noise level of any party is unacceptable, if the number of guests is more than those listed on your booking form or if complaints from other park users have been received.  In these circumstances, no money will be refunded.
• Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it
• Please throw all of your rubbish in the large wheelie bins located near the lodge. Please also try to follow the recycling instructions.
